A plaque on the spot commemorates how, between 1588-1590, reivers Old Will Eliot and Young Will Eliot raided 30 cattle, 2 horses and houshold goods from the site. Amazing pictures. Love the green English countryside. Only makes me want to go there more. I'm trying to talk the wife into walking the Cornish coast, but she's got her heart set on Tuscany. I say, why not do it all?
